Geocaching After long planning, we were finally able to welcome the students from the other countries to Germany. We as Geocaching Club wanted to show them our hometown in a playful way. We planned a route to the most beautiful places in Heidelberg. In two groups we walked from our school until we found the first riddle. These were either thought tasks or questions of knowledge about Germany. The trail leads along the “Philosophenweg”, which offers a beautiful view of Heidelberg. Afterwards we continued over the “Old Bridge”, through the old town and to the castle. On our way to the treasure we also passed the oldest university in Germany. After a three hour trip we all met together on the “Neckarwiese.” There the treasure was waiting for us. The treasure included a t-shirt with the Erasmus logo and the names of the participants printed on it. In the evening we either went out to eat or brought our tired exchange students back home. To sum up, we enjoyed the mobility a lot. That’s why we’re already looking forward to the preparation and implementation of the next tour!
